Who We Are
At fmmé, fashion isn’t just about clothes, it’s about culture, identity, creativity, and the stories that bring them to life. We write for readers who want to be challenged, entertained, and inspired all at once. Think of us as your slightly extra, highly opinionated friend who knows a thing or two about style and isn’t afraid to tell it like it is.
About fmmé
fmmé (noun: fuh-may) is a digital fashion magazine that lives somewhere between deep dives, hot takes, and “wait, I actually learned something today” moments. Founded in 2025, the year where everything feels both possible and impossible, fmmé is independently run by a 28-year-old girl - Alexia Kasabika - from Antwerp with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & PR and a lifelong love for storytelling through words, visuals, and personal style.
What started as a personal passion project grew into a platform dedicated to exploring fashion beyond aesthetics. At fmmé, we don’t just skim trends or post pretty pictures. We dive deep into the Belgian fashion scene, uncover international gems, and bring heavy opinions alongside fresh perspectives. Think essays on overlooked voices, interviews with first-time trailblazers, and explorations of trends that make you stop and think, “Huh, I never looked at it that way before.”
Every article, interview, opinion piece, and visual is researched, written, curated, and shaped with intention. fmmé is for readers who want more than surface-level content, people who love to question, debate, and genuinely understand fashion’s bigger picture.
Because fashion, to us, isn’t just clothes. It’s culture, identity, politics, and occasionally pure chaos. fmmé exists to explore all of it: dissecting trends, challenging industry norms, and sometimes dunking on the things everyone else accepts without question. The goal is simple to make fashion smart, critical, and a little extra.
